We take on the day-to-day running of your home: lettings, rent collection, tenancy management, inspections, repairs and resident coaching. One team, one point of contact, regular reports to you.

Already managing your own homes? We can refer people who need a stable, long-term home and have been assessed by our team, with weekly coaching from a Housing Officer to help the tenancy last.
002 – Compliance
Run the right way, and evidenced
We manage homes in line with the law and the regulatory standards that apply to rented and supported housing. That includes:
- Gas safety checks every year and electrical checks at least every five years
- Fire risk assessments, alarms and fire doors where required
- HMO standards met in every property of a relevant size. No HMO licence is needed, because each home is managed with a registered provider of social housing
- Damp, mould and repairs dealt with in set timescales
- Proper tenancy or licence agreements and clear charges
- Records kept up to date and available to you at any time
Every home is let and managed in partnership with a registered provider of social housing, and we structure the service so that the standards of the Regulator of Social Housing can be evidenced.
